SoulCaps Welding Hats has over 20 years experience making welding hats. Our pattern has been tested by numerous welders and pipefitters. We take pride in our workmanship and above all want our customers to be happy with their purchase. So, if you have any problems with your new welding hat or questions, please contact us.  

Welding caps come in an assortment of prints and solids. If you want a specific fabric and don’t see it, please ask. We have a large inventory and not all fabrics may be listed. All pieces are die cut for the same reliable fit every time. Hats are shipped via USPS to keep shipping costs low. Made in USA.

HAT SIZING
Please use a soft measuring tape or string to measure your head where you want your hat to rest. Welding hats last longer if washed in cold water and hung to dry. Shrink a too large hat by washing in hot water and drying on high heat. 

If you measure 22″ = order size 7
If you measure 22 1/2″ = order size 7 1/8 
If you measure 23″ = order size 7 1/4 
If you measure 23 1/2″ = order size 7 3/8 
If you measure 24″ = order size 7 1/2 
If you measure 24 1/2″ = order size 7 5/8
